Welcome to Hibachi Reviews! This site collects reviews of hibachi restaurants in all fifty states: the onion volcano, the flying shrimp tail, the egg roll across the grill. We want to know which places do it right. We exist to spread the love of hibachi. There are no advertisements on this page. Restaurants cannot pay to be listed, ranked higher, or have reviews removed, so you can trust what you read here. Where to start
How scoring worksEvery reviewer gives 1 to 5 stars in four categories:
Food 1 - 5 stars
Show 1 - 5 stars
Service 1 - 5 stars
Ambiance 1 - 5 stars
For each restaurant we average all reader ratings within each category. The final score is the average of those four category averages. Last updated: October 1996 (and always being updated) Reviews

The goal is simple: one place to look up any hibachi restaurant in the country and see what people thought of it. We exist to spread the love of hibachi. Our promises
How the final score is calculatedEach reviewer rates four categories from 1 to 5 stars:
Step 1: for each category, add up every reviewer's stars and divide by the number of reviews. Example: category averages of Food 4.50, Show 5.00, Service 3.50, and Ambiance 4.00 give a final score of (4.50 + 5.00 + 3.50 + 4.00) / 4 = 4.25.
